By signing up to your Singspiration Community Choir subscription on the website you are signing up to the agreed terms and conditions of Stewart Bell Ltd. (company reg: 12999879), Unit 16 Eastway Business Village Olivers Place, Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom, PR2 9WT.

1. Membership to Singspiration Community Choir commences from when you accept the terms & conditions during the subscription sign up process. By agreeing to these terms you are signing up to pay any applicable fees shown at the start of the payment process and when confirming your payment instruction.
2. As a member of Singspiration Community Choir you are consenting to receive communications relating to membership, events, concerts and workshops promoted by Stewart Bell Ltd.
3. Data regarding all memberships is stored in accordance of the GDPR guidelines and any third parties used in the membership process are subject to the same regulations.
4. Any resources created by Stewart Bell Ltd and Singspiration Community Choir are strictly for use within the setting of Singspiration Community Choir sessions/ performances or workshops. Anyone found to be using these materials in a accordance of these Terms and Conditions will result in the appropriate legal action being taken against an individual or company.
5. Any Singspiration Community Choir resources are strictly for personal use at home and should not be brought into the public domain. The resources can only be used with an up to date membership and Stewart Bell Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel any subscription that is in breach of the Membership Terms and Conditions.
6. Singspiration Community Choir runs during school term time over 36 weeks of the year. Sessions are broken down over three terms and Stewart Bell Ltd. reserves the right to change or amend rehearsal schedules when required to fit around venue requirements or performance dates. If rehearsals are cancelled due to illness or Acts of God (adverse weather conditions etc.) Stewart Bell Ltd. will endeavour to provide an alternative rehearsal time before the end of the three terms. No refunds will be given in these circumstances and as much notice of the changes of any regular rehearsals.
7. All choirs will only proceed with a specified minimum number of people. Stewart Bell Ltd. reserves the right to close a choir if this minimum requirement is not met. Choir members will be offered a refund or transfer to a different choir of their choosing.
8. Cost of membership may change over the course of a year. Members will be given clear indication from Stewart Bell Ltd. if there are changes to the cost of member subscriptions.
9. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you must not be breaching any legal obligations or conditions imposed on you by a court of law. Anyone from the age of 11 upwards is entitled to join Singspiration Community Choir and we have an obligation to keep them safe. You should consider this when accepting the terms and conditions.
10. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are allowing Stewart Bell Ltd. and Singspiration Community Choir to make photographic and video images that may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
11. You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days of the start date. Cancellation of the agreement must be made in writing and emailed to stewart_bell@icloud.com. To exercise your right to cancel communication must be made within the 14 day period.
12. If the cancellation period is disputed you must be able to show communication was made within the 14 day cooling off period.
13. If membership is cancelled with the 14 day cooling off period. Any fees paid will be returned within 14 days of the receipt of written notification.
14. If membership is terminated after the 14 day cooling off period membership will be stopped immediately and access to all online resources will be blocked. Any outstanding fees will be taken or if future membership payments have been paid, these will be refunded. Any outstanding membership fees must be paid within 28 days of cancellation of membership.
15. If a membership needs to be paused for any exceptional reasons. This may be done in consultation with Stewart Bell Ltd. Your online will be suspended during this period also.
16. Membership may not be paused for more than a term as this will count as cancellation. Failure to notify of non-return may result in excess fees being paid. Excess payments will not be refunded.
17. The terms and conditions of this agreement are non transferable.
18. Stewart Bell Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any point at it’s discretion if it feels that any parts of the agreement are not being upheld.
19. You may opt out of communications from Stewart Bell Ltd. and Singspiration Community Choir although we will not be held responsible for any loss incurred by you as a result of related communications.
20. Members may attend more than one Singspiration Choir, however, this must be agreed with Stewart Bell Ltd. and they must have full membership with their home choir. Stewart Bell Ltd. reserve the right to stop attendance at all choirs and revoke membership if it is not up to date or the members’ behaviour is not fitting with the terms and conditions of this agreement. Concerns for this may be raised by any staff member of Stewart Bell Ltd., your choir leader or another member.
